About Retail Lending Department:

The Retail Lending Department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank

About the Role:

The CPC Customer Service role is responsible for servicing customer queries and requests post disbursal of loans via addressing queries, assisting in resolution of complaints and managing the service requests raised. They are also responsible for handling of escalations. They are responsible for addressing all customer service requests and closure in timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure servicing customer queries and requests post disbursement of loans, esp. to walk - in customers at RAC Service Desks
  • Ensure Service Request Management
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations and ensure adherence to TAT and QoC
  • Ensure Cross Sell – Service to Sales.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

  • Graduate / Post graduate in Management.

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Ability to ensure delightful customer experience
  • Ability to close service requests within TAT and as per QoC
  • Handling of escalations in professional and timely manner
