Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity - Pediatric Specialty Care at Lacaster

Where Pediatric Nursing Becomes Purpose.

At Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC), nursing is not routine - it’s transformational. We care for medically fragile and technology-dependent children who require skilled, compassionate, and highly specialized clinical support. Our RNs don’t just administer medications - they lead care planning, guide families, respond to emergencies, and advocate fiercely for children who rely on us every day.

Night shift opportunities are currently our highest priority - ideal for experienced RNs who value clinical focus, autonomy, and a structured team environment. Candidates seeking day opportunities are also encouraged to apply as we continue building our pediatric nursing team.

At PSC Lancaster, pediatric nursing means:

  • Practicing in a high-acuity environment with the stability of a consistent schedule
  • Building lasting relationships instead of rotating through cases
  • Leading care - not just following orders
  • Mentoring LPNs and Nurse Technicians as a clinical authority
  • Working within a culture grounded in dignity, growth, and developmental support
  • Exercising critical thinking every shift in meaningful, real-time clinical decisions

This is pediatric nursing with depth, autonomy, and purpose.

This is a setting where your assessment skills, clinical judgment, and compassion truly matter.

At PSC Lancaster, you don’t rotate through children - you become part of their journey.

Our Mission:

At Pediatric Specialty Care, we are guided by compassion, integrity, and respect for every child’s dignity, comfort, and developmental needs.

If you are ready to bring your pediatric nursing expertise into a mission-driven environment - we’d love to meet you.
