We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up in our Risk and Compliance team as a Risk and Compliance Manager! Located in Wellington, we’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are.
For the Risk and Compliance Manager role we are specifically looking for someone who:
- is a pragmatic thinker who uses risk management to drive commercial, customer, and strategic outcomes
- actively educates teams to drive a strong risk culture and build their risk capability
- has proven experience building, updating, and scaling risk frameworks and GRC toolsets in a rapidly growing business
- is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
