We are currently looking for a Rider Recruitment Associate to join our team working with our rider fleet. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that foodora achieves its goals in recruitment volume and efficiency by securing a high number of qualified applicants and guiding them through a seamless onboarding process.

The Logistics department is responsible for the entire lifecycle of our riders - from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and reactivation - while ensuring all riders have a positive experience with foodora. As a Rider Recruitment Associate, you will report to the Hiring Team Lead and take full ownership of candidate activation.

What you will do:

• Take responsibility for the rider onboarding process from A to Z.
• Ensure a high number of applicants for our Rider positions by actively processing leads in our recruitment funnel.
• Call, message, and answer supply-related questions to assist candidates through the recruitment funnel and ensure high activation rates.
• Use our recruitment and candidate management systems efficiently to onboard and activate riders.
• Work directly towards your core KPIs: Riders Hired and Riders Activated.
• Assist with other ad-hoc or relevant operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven prior experience customer service, document verification, and/or onboarding. 
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken is required.
• Good technical skills, including proficiency in the Google Suite ecosystem (Drive, Sheets, Docs), and an ability to quickly learn the support systems used by our Logistics team. 
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or courier services in general is a significant advantage.
