About this role
主な職務内容（日常業務）
・レベニューマネジメント業務を統括し、必要に応じてチームメンバーの指導、育成、評価を行う。
・宿泊予約、営業、マーケティング、フロントオフィス、財務などの各部門と連携し、データに基づく意思決定を推進する。
・レベニュー戦略、価格設定、在庫管理、予測精度向上、システム活用に関する知識を共有し、ホテル全体の収益意識を高める。
・オープンで協力的な職場環境を促進し、課題を早期に共有・解決する文化を醸成する
・IHGポリシー、ホテル手順、関連法令、情報セキュリティ要件の遵守を徹底する。
・ゲストエクスペリエンス、売上、コスト管理、GOP（営業総利益）、人件費管理に関する予算KPIを監督する。
・以下の主要指標を管理する。
- Rooms Revenue（客室売上）
- ADR（平均客室単価）
- RevPAR（販売可能客室当たり売上）
- Occupancy（客室稼働率）
- RGI（Revenue Generation Index）
- ARI（Average Rate Index）
- MPI（Market Penetration Index）
- チャネルコスト
- 予算および予測達成率
- 予約ペース、ピックアップ、キャンセル、ノーショー、市場動向、イベント情報などを分析し、日次・週次・月次の需要予測を作成・更新する。
- 需要と収益機会に応じて、価格、販売制限、在庫配分、オーバーブッキング、最低宿泊日数、客室タイプ配分を最適化する。
- セグメント別、チャネル別、客室タイプ別、曜日別、リードタイム別に業績分析を行い、最も収益性の高い顧客構成を構築する。
- 年間予算、中長期計画、月次予測の策定を主導し、差異、リスク、機会、および改善策を説明する。
- 団体案件、契約料金、プロモーション、宿泊パッケージ、アップセル施策の収益性を評価する。
Responsible Business（事業運営責任）
- 市場動向、競合情報、イベント情報、検索データ、予約動向を分析し、短期・長期の収益改善施策へと結び付ける。
- RMS（レベニューマネジメントシステム）、PMS、CRS、チャネルマネージャー、BIツールのデータ品質と設定を管理する。
- 全販売チャネルにおいて料金、在庫、客室タイプ、販売制限、コンテンツの正確性を維持する。
- 需要、価格戦略、在庫状況、団体案件、リスク、機会に関する週次レベニューミーティングを主導する。
- 重要な収益機会、コンプライアンス上の懸念事項、予測リスクを経営陣へ報告し、提言を行う。
- 客室収益戦略、価格設定、需要予測、在庫管理、流通チャネル戦略に対する責任を負い、予算達成と市場シェア拡大を推進する。
