Who you are:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist who will drive adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of software platforms across our Customer Success organization. In this role, you will own the Salesloft platform end-to-end — building the cadences, flows, and best practices that help CS teams work smarter and spend more time with customers. If you love technology, enablement, and making complex workflows simpler, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be serving as the primary owner of the Salesloft platform within our Business Transformation and Enablement team — championing adoption across CS teams and building the systems that power their success. You will design and iterate on cadences tailored to CS workflows (renewals, onboarding, check-ins, and escalations), develop best-practice guides and playbooks, and track adoption metrics to surface targeted interventions where engagement is low. You will also identify manual and repetitive tasks across CS workflows and design automations that eliminate friction for reps. You will need to work closely with CS managers, RevOps, and IT/BTO to align platform configuration with evolving business needs.

To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with strong written communication skills and a knack for translating strategy into action. In addition, the successful candidate will have a solid grasp of revenue tech stacks, CRM ecosystems, and the operational needs of Customer Success and inside sales teams.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Champion Salesloft adoption across CS teams through training, documentation, and hands-on support.

  • Develop and maintain best practice guides, playbooks, and onboarding materials for new users.

  • Track adoption metrics and identify reps or teams with low engagement; design targeted interventions.

  • Design, build, and iterate on Salesloft cadences tailored to CS workflows (renewals, onboarding, check-ins, escalations).

  • Collaborate with CS leadership to translate their engagement strategies into executable Salesloft sequences.

  • Maintain a cadence library and ensure content stays current and relevant.

  • Identify manual, repetitive tasks within CS workflows and design automations to eliminate them.

  • Leverage Salesloft's automation rules, triggers, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce sync) to streamline rep activity.

  • Proactively surface improvement opportunities and build a roadmap of enhancements.

  • Partner with CS managers, RevOps, and IT/BTO to align Salesloft configuration with business needs.

  • Maintain platform hygiene: templates, cadences, user permissions, and field mappings.

  • Serve as the internal escalation point for Salesloft questions and issues.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales/revenue enablement, sales operations, or a CS operations role

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesloft (building cadences, managing automations, admin tasks) as well as other revenue tech stack tools (ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of Customer Success or inside sales workflows.

  • Data analysis skills to measure cadence performance and adoption.

  • Excellent written communication; able to create clear, concise enablement content.

  • Fluency in French, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, German, or Dutch is a plus.
