Job Description:

• Handles, prioritizes, and solves problems while anticipating future opportunities.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and organizational skills in planning and supervising events.

• Assigns daily/weekly sales goals to team members and reviews opportunities with each member.

• Coordinates routine movement of products in the storefront with attention to visual displays and prominent product placement.
• Achieves and exceeds monthly budgetary sales, gross profit, and net income goals.
• Maintains the storefront’s appearance in an organized, clean, visually appealing environment.
• Manages day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
