Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Media Manager to join the team in Brazil. This role is intended for someone with a broad media background rather than a purely retail specialist profile. The team already has retail specialists in place and is looking for someone who can bring a more generalist approach across retail media, programmatic, and digital media execution.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is highly execution oriented, enjoys campaign setup and delivery, and is interested in growing into a more strategic role over time. The person in this role will work closely with the Senior Manager and Director, supporting the day to day execution of campaigns and helping drive strong delivery for clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute campaigns across retail media, programmatic, and digital media channels

• Support campaign setup, activation, optimization, and reporting

• Work across key platforms including Amazon, Mercado Livre, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, TikTok Ads, CM360, and Comscore

• Coordinate with external vendors such as Criteo

• Request, review, and analyze vendor proposals

• Partner with internal stakeholders, including the Senior Manager and Director, on campaign execution and delivery

• Contribute to clear and effective storytelling in campaign results and presentations

• Participate in client facing interactions when needed, though this is not a daily client facing role

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in media, digital media, retail media, or programmatic advertising

• A generalist mindset with the ability to work across multiple media channels and platforms

• Hands on experience with campaign execution across:

  • Retail media platforms, including Amazon and Mercado Livre

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Business Manager

  • DV360

  • TikTok Ads

  • CM360

  • Comscore

• Experience working with external vendors, including requesting and evaluating proposals

• Strong analytical skills and comfort reviewing media plans and recommendations

• Strong execution skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate clearly and present ideas in a compelling way
