We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving service, quality, and financial objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to engage with guests and stakeholders.
You will lead and develop the restaurant team, ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, manage cost control and inventory, and work closely with Culinary and Operations teams to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

- Manage daily restaurant operations and service delivery
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Control costs, inventory, and revenue performance
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a hotel or resort
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
