In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This includes guiding the design and deployment of solutions that prioritize responsible AI practices, ensuring alignment with both ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role requires fostering collaboration across various teams to promote the adoption of ethical AI principles and providing leadership that supports the organization's commitment to responsible technology use. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of AI applications throughout their lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI practices within project workflows and organizational processes.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their understanding and application of responsible AI principles.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on AI ethics.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying emerging ethical challenges and proposing proactive strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI systems with fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Ability to assess AI models for bias, robustness, and ethical risks.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to integrate responsible AI practices across diverse teams.
- Competence in developing guidelines and best practices for ethical AI deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
