L'entreprise dispose au total de 300 sites de production répartis sur tout le territoire métropolitain, dont 5 cimenteries et 2 centres de broyage.
Nous recrutons pour notre activité Béton, un Responsable Technique Régional. Poste rattaché à l'agence régionale de Pessac avec des déplacements fréquents sur la Région Sud Ouest.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Régional, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:
- Animer, contrôler et coordonner les laboratoires de la région
- Assurer la maîtrise des formulations dans un souci permanent d'optimisation économique
- Analyser les compositions de béton en fonction des résultats d’autocontrôle et de l’évolution des composants (exploitation du contrôle qualité)
- Etudier les cahiers des charges des clients et les demandes de l'équipe commerciale avec pour objectif d'aboutir à la rédaction d'offres commerciales pertinentes tant techniquement qu'économiquement
- Assister le Directeur Commercial dans l'animation de la politique produits béton
- Assister les commerciaux en clientèle
- Favoriser le développement des produits spéciaux à forte valeur ajoutée
- Assurer la veille technico-économique des sources d'approvisionnement matières premières
- Assurer la conduite des dossiers de sinistralité et proposer les actions correctives
- Participer à l'amélioration du professionnalisme des équipes en assurant la formation technique du personnel
- Représenter l’établissement auprès des organismes régionaux extérieurs de contrôle et de normalisation
- Participer à la politique sécurité environnement
PROFIL
- Aptitudes au management sur un environnement multisites
- Connaissance des produits et des process de fabrication
- Connaissance des techniques du bâtiment
- Ingénieur Génie Civil TP ou équivalent
- Expérience dans un environnement similaire de 4 à 5 ans
