Le Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa recrute un(e) Responsable RH.
Vous serez chargé(e) d’accompagner la Direction et les managers dans la gestion et le développement des talents, tout en veillant à la bonne application des politiques et procédures RH.
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer le suivi des processus RH de l’hôtel.
- Accompagner les managers dans leurs problématiques RH.
- Participer au recrutement et à l’intégration des nouveaux talents.
- Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers du personnel.
- Contribuer au développement des compétences et à la formation.
- Participer au suivi des performances et des talents.
- Veiller au respect des procédures et de la réglementation applicable.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration de l’expérience Heartist.
- Participer aux projets RH et aux actions de communication interne.
Profil recherché
- Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines.
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste RH en hôtellerie.
- Excellentes capacités relationnelles et organisationnelles.
- Sens de la confidentialité.
- Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et capacité d’adaptation.
