Missions principales :
- Assurer le suivi et le recouvrement des créances clients
- Mettre en place et suivre les procédures de recouvrement
- Négocier avec les clients afin de réduire les délais de paiement
- Analyser les comptes clients et proposer des actions correctives
- Produire des reportings réguliers sur l’état des créances
Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes internes
Qualifications
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité ou équivalent
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Bonne maîtrise des techniques de recouvrement et de gestion des créances
- Aisance relationnelle et sens de la négociation
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de reporting
