About this role
Relevant du Vice-président opérations, nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne qui prendra en charge nos gabarits contractuels ainsi que la révision, la négociation et l’administration de nos contrats clients et fournisseurs. Elle travaillera étroitement avec la direction, les ventes et les différentes équipes afin d’équilibrer les objectifs d’affaires de Spiria avec notre tolérance au risque. Elle assurera également la gouvernance de nos principaux programmes de conformité, notamment SOC 2, en collaboration avec les propriétaires de contrôles et les experts externes. Les questions juridiques inhabituelles, complexes ou à forte exposition seront dirigées vers nos partenaires externes
