About this role

Rattaché(e) directement à la Direction Générale, vous serez le/la garant(e) du Chiffre d'Affaires, de la marge et des parts de marché sur votre zone.

  • Développer et animer une équipe commerciale performante et orientée solutions.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale sur le marché du matériel lourd et des solutions d'énergie.
  • Bâtir des relations durables avec les Grands Comptes et accompagner nos clients via une approche de vente consultative.
  • Assurer la gestion économique du service (budgets, stocks, recouvrement et rentabilité)

Formation : Bac+4/5 minimum (Ingénieur ou Grande École de Commerce).

Expérience : 5 ans minimum dans la gestion d'un centre de profit et le développement commercial dans le secteur du matériel lourd ou des équipements industriels.

Compétences : Excellentes capacités de négociation, vision stratégique, maîtrise de la gestion budgétaire et aisance avec les chiffres.

Langues : Bon niveau d'anglais indispensable.

Qualités : Leadership naturel, orientation client, rigueur et grande capacité d'adaptation.
