Chez PUMA, nous recherchons un·e Adjoint·e motivé·e, dynamique et prêt·e à soutenir notre Store Manager pour faire briller notre marque en boutique (CDI)

Ta base ? 
Notre Outlet, proche de Lyon est implanté au cœur de Villefontaine Outlet Village.  
Tu rejoindrais l’équipe de El Hadi, notre Store Manager, composée de 6 personnes. 

 
Ta mission 
 
Chaque journée au magasin est unique, mais toutes ont un point commun : offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.  

Tu soutiens le Store Manager pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente et de performance du magasin. 

Entre le suivi des performances, l’analyse des indicateurs clés et l’accompagnement des collaborateurs, tu inspires et motives l’équipe, contribuant à créer un environnement où chacun peut donner le meilleur de lui-même.  

Présent sur le terrain, tu partage ton quotidien avec l’équipe et les clients, participant activement aux opérations : réception des marchandises, mise en rayon, inventaires ou prévention des pertes. 

Lorsque le Store Manager est absent, tu prends naturellement le relais, garantissant la continuité du magasin et maintenant la qualité de service.

Ton profil 

  • Tu as une expérience confirmée dans la vente au détail, avec idéalement des missions de manager fonctionnel en magasin. 

  • Tu es motivé·e, fiable et impliqué·e, avec un vrai sens du service client et de l’esprit d’équipe. 

  • Tu sais transmettre ton énergie et ton savoir-faire à ton équipe, tout en gardant le sourire et une attitude positive. 

  • Tu peux renseigner et conseiller la clientèle en anglais.
