The Role
As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be the face of Radiant in our customers’ homes. You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and perform high-quality repairs with professionalism and care. This is a customer-focused role that combines strong technical ability with communication and problem-solving. You’ll use ServiceTitan on an iPad to document work, present options, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Need
- Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license
- 2–3 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Comfort training and guiding an apprentice
- Ability to confidently use an iPad and ServiceTitan
- Strong customer service skills, including diagnosing issues and clearly explaining and recommending repairs
- Hands-on experience with:
- Leak detection and repair
- Tank and tankless water heaters
- Water filtration systems
- Plumbing fixtures
- Drain cleaning and drain line replacement
