Your Role
- Develop digital processes for the evaluation and optimization of optical components
- Implement fully automated solutions in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment
- Introduce processes into production, provide ongoing support and contribute to the approval and release of development results
- Take technical responsibility for the entire process chain and ensure an overarching view of interdependencies and interfaces
- Lead smaller projects and coordinate expert teams
Your Profile
- An outstanding university degree in a STEM field
- Excellent programming skills, including modern software architecture, ideally combined with experience in larger software development projects
- Knowledge of technical optics and optical metrology is an advantage
- Strong customer and manufacturing orientation combined with a high degree of creativity, perseverance and initiative
- A confident professional manner, excellent negotiation skills and a structured, team-oriented approach
- Business-fluent German and English
