Research Executive
About this role
As a Research Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Customer Experience (CX) research team, providing essential support to research projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience in market research methodologies. You will be involved in all stages of the research process, from data collection and analysis to report preparation and client presentations. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in market research, develop your analytical skills, and contribute to delivering impactful insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution:
Support in the execution or delivery of research projects from set up to report, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with accurate, actionable results.
Serve as one of the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day project related communications, managing their expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Support in administrative task in related to the project, ie. update relevant info in the system, support in getting quotation, etc.
Attend client meetings and presentations, actively listening, taking detailed notes and prepare meeting summaries.
Learning & Development:
Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills in market research methodologies and CX best practices.
Participate in team training and relevant in-house programs to enhance your knowledge and capabilities.
Stay updated on client’s industry trends and innovations in the CX field.
Commercial Acumen:
Start learning the fundamentals of financial KPIs and elements in project management that have impact towards these KPIs.
Experience & Skills
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
0-2 years of experience in a research or analytical role is a plus, but not required
Genuine interest in consumer behavior and/ or CX related field
Proficiency with MS Office (ie Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Proficiency with other relevant software or program (ie. SPSS, R, Python, etc) is an advantage
Experience with survey and / or dashboard technical configuration (e.g. Qualtrics, etc) highly desirable
Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
