Como Representante de Ventas Partes y Repuestos para la oficina de Trane de Chile, serás responsable de promover, vender y asesorar a clientes sobre repuestos y partes de los equipos de HVAC, asegurando un excelente servicio y soporte técnico.
Como objetivo principal es aumentar las ventas, fortalecer la relación con los clientes, y garantizar su satisfacción mediante soluciones oportunas y efectivas.
Dónde está el trabajo:
Este puesto estarás basado en nuestra oficina en El Cortijo.
Priorice la interacción con los clientes. Cuando no estés atendiendo directamente a los clientes, colabore con sus colegas en la oficina.
Lo que harás:
· Identificar oportunidades de ventas de partes y repuestos en el mercado.
· Brindar asesoría técnica y comercial a clientes sobre suministros y accesorios Trane y marcas similares.
· Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.
· Gestionar el proceso completo de venta, desde la identificación de necesidades hasta el cierre y el seguimiento postventa.
· Cumplir con los objetivos y metas de ventas establecidos por la compañía.
· Colaborar con equipos internos (servicio técnico, logística, administración, OTC) para garantizar una entrega eficiente y soporte al cliente.
· Revisar la cartera de clientes dándole seguimiento
Lo que traerás:
Egresado o estudiante avanzado en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Electrónica, Técnico en refrigeración, Aire Acondicionado o afín.
Experiencia de alrededor de 3 años en el área de ventas de empresas de refrigeración o aire acondicionado o productos industriales (electromecánicas).
Conocimientos en paquete Office y herramientas informáticas.
Manejo de software de aplicaciones.
Licencia de conducir vigente.
