Representante de Servicio al Cliente
El/La Representante de Servicio al Cliente tendrá la responsabilidad de canalizar llamadas recibidas de clientes, técnicos y gerenciales.. Brindar un servicio de cortesía dándole seguimiento al cliente hasta solucionar la necesidad. Tendrá la responsabilidad de mantener la comunicación efectiva entre las sucursales, clientes y gerenciales, con el cliente como nuestra razón de ser.
- Realizar entrada de datos en el sistema.
- Canalizar llamadas recibidas de clientes, técnicos y gerenciales.
- Brindar atención y servicio al cliente.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y en buen estado en todo momento.
- Ofrecer orientación real, clara y responsable al cliente.
- Cuidar el equipo de su oficina y mantenerlo en óptimas condiciones.
- Colaborar, cumplir, y seguir los procedimientos establecidos en el manejo del cliente y futuro cliente.
- Responsable de trabajar con todos los factores relacionados al servicio al cliente, calidad, confiabilidad y puntualidad.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos y políticas establecidas por la compañía.
- Otras tareas relacionadas.
- Tener conocimiento básico de inglés.
- Tener conocimiento de computadoras (“data entry”).
- Diploma de Escuela Superior.
- Disponibilidad a trabajar horarios extendidos y alternos. Dispuesto a trabajar sábados y días feriados.
- Destreza en comunicación y buena dicción
