About this role

En ADT Security Services nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Representante de Cobranzas para la Dirección de Atención al Cliente, para el negocio de Subscriber Argentina, reportando a la Supervisora de Cobranzas.

 En este rol, formarás parte de un equipo orientado al servicio, la precisión y el seguimiento oportuno, contribuyendo a una gestión de cobranzas clara, ordenada y profesional.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Realizar seguimiento de cuentas y gestiones de cobranza en tiempo y forma.

  • Gestionar clientes con deuda, promoviendo la regularización de sus pagos y asegurando la continuidad del servicio.

  • · Brindar soluciones integrales que fortalezcan el vínculo con los clientes y favorezcan su permanencia.

  • · Poner al cliente en el centro de cada decisión, mejorando continuamente su experiencia y nivel de satisfacción.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en gestiones similares. (excluyente)

  • Analítico secundario en mano (excluyente)

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en una jornada semanal de Lunes a Sabados de 15 a 21 hs, modalidad híbrida en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Boulogne.

  • Capacidad para comunicarse con claridad, mantener la organización y sostener un seguimiento constante de las gestiones.

  • Orientación al cliente, buena predisposición y criterio para manejar situaciones sensibles con profesionalismo.
