Prepare region consolidated reports, analyze variances, identify issues and design solutions

Region fixed cost budget preparation, track and control

Key player for annual budget preparation in areas of working capital and other balance sheet items

Reporting SOP preparation and monitoring

Cross functional project management (like HSE cost related policy review, flow design and control)

Focal point to HQ reporting

Other ac hoc assigment as required
