Vertriebsinnendienst Vermietung Kälte- und Wärme
Der Vertriebsinnendienst für Mietlösungen ist verantwortlich für die Ausarbeitung, Nachverfolgung und Aufbereitung der Verrechnung von Mietangeboten für Kälte- und Wärmelösungen. Er oder sie arbeitet eng mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst und dem Abwicklungsteam zusammen um größtmögliche Kundenzufriedenheit zu erreichen.
Hauptaufgaben
- Technische Beratung unserer B2B Kunden und Kundinnen per Telefon
- Erfassung von Anfragen, sowie Bearbeitung und Kalkulation von Angeboten
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Miet-Angeboten
- Unterstützung unseres Außendiensts bei technischen und kaufmännischen Fragen
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
- Eigenständige Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen
- Erstellung von Abrechnungsunterlagen
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung und Abwicklung
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kaufmännische Kenntnisse im Projektgeschäft
- Klare und freundliche Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und internen Ansprechpartnern
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kundenorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
