Job Responsibility | 工作职责（初期阶段BD或招聘二选一）:
- 候选人寻访 (Candidate Sourcing): 在全球范围内精准挖掘符合资质的国际教师（外籍/双语），并将高质量人才录入ATS系统。
- Accurately source qualified international teachers (expat/bilingual) globally and input high-quality talent into the ATS system.
- 客户拓展 (Client BD): 主动开发有招聘需求的国际学校、公立学校国际部等B端客户，建立有效合作。
- Proactively develop B2B clients such as international schools and international departments of public schools with hiring needs.
- 面试与闭环 (Interview & Closing): 全程协调候选人面试流程，推动候选人通过评估并最终成功入职（Offer Accepted）。
- Coordinate the entire interview process and drive candidates to pass assessments and successfully onboard (Offer Accepted).
- 数据维护 (Data Management): 确保ATS系统中所有沟通记录、候选人档案、客户信息得到实时更新与精准维护。
- Ensure all communication logs, candidate profiles, and client information in the ATS system are updated and maintained accurately in real-time.

- 时间投入 (Time Commitment): 每周至少投入 15小时。其中 5小时 必须为固定工作时间段（需参加一次周会），剩余 10小时 可为非工作时间段（晚上或周末）。
- Weekly commitment of at least 15 hours. 5 hours must be fixed (for weekly meetings), plus 10 hours flexible (evenings/weekends).
- 职业状态 (Employment Status): 必须拥有稳定的全职工作（且手头有空闲），或者已经非常确认未来一年内不考虑任何全职工作。
- Must have a stable full-time job (with spare capacity) OR be 100% certain no full-time job will be taken in the next year.
- 语言能力 (Language Proficiency): 英语口语流利，具备商务沟通水平（B2/C1及以上），能够自信地与外籍候选人或国际学校招聘官进行电话/视频会议。
- Fluent spoken English with business communication proficiency (B2/C1+), capable of confident calls/video meetings.
- 薪酬认知 (Compensation Mindset): 接受非全职薪酬框架。完全按照KPI计费（过程+结果），且必须完成月度最低指标方可获得全额结算资格。
- Accept a non-full-time compensation framework. Pure KPI-based billing (Process + Result) with a monthly minimum quota to qualify for full settlement.
- 时区限制 (Time Zone Restriction): 如在海外，所在时区与北京（UTC+8）相差不超过3小时（即 UTC+5 至 UTC+11），以确保能有重叠的工作时间。
- If overseas, the time zone must differ from Beijing (UTC+8) by no more than 3 hours (i.e., UTC+5 to UTC+11) to ensure overlapping working hours.

A contract&remote based position, pay by the process KPI and individual revenue, expected annual income is ranging from ￥45,000 ~￥135,000.
