About this role
We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our Digital Banking team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships for our Kotak 811 digital banking platform.
As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and cross-selling our digital banking products and services. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing.
