Relationship Manager - Emerging Markets

We are seeking a talented and driven Relationship Manager to join our team and lead our emerging market initiatives. They will work closely with our sales agents and recruitment partners, providing support and guidance to drive sales and achieve our business goals.

• Develop and execute strategies to expand our sales network in emerging markets.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in emerging markets.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in emerging regions.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building our brand presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in emerging markets or international sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of managing teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel to emerging market regions as required.
• Fluency in English and any other major world language is an advantage.
