Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Institutional Banking Group, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their unique business needs
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to existing clients
- Analyze client financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to provide strategic advice and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, product, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to represent the bank's interests effectively
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Institutional Banking Group's business strategy and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the Institutional Banking Group's products, services, and target market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
