About this role
As a Relationship Manager for Supply Chain Financing, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing distributor and supplier relationships within the supply chain ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on understanding the operations of anchor businesses and leveraging these relationships to expand the assigned portfolio.
Lead the acquisition and onboarding process of distributors and suppliers by gaining deep insights into the anchor's business model.
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients (IDR up to 20 Billion) and ensure achievement of revenue and sales targets.
Conduct KYC, visit customers, prepare financial reports and credit recommendations prior to submission to credit committee for new, renewal, or incremental credit facilities.
Monitor day-to-day transactions and oversee utilization rates, by maintaining loan performance and generating sales revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Credit Analyst, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless end-to-end loan booking processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage, influence, and build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
Expertise in distributor financing and supply chain finance, handling Payable & Receivable services with Terms of Payment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager / Commercial Banking, with a strong specialization in invoice financing and distributor financing (Value Chain).
- Proven track record successfully onboarding borrowers and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the supply chain ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel as needed to build and nurture relationships with Anchor & borrower or conduct necessary survey business activities.
- Eager to explore beyond traditional banking and enter a cutting-edge of FinTech Innovations
- Deep understanding of balance sheets and P&L statements and recommendations for potential clients.
