Join our Haleon R&D Regulatory Affairs Team  in Weybridge for an exciting 12-month industrial placement, starting 28th June 2027

 

At a glance:

 

Regulatory Affairs involves regulatory intelligence, devising strategies for innovation projects with the most appropriate classification for a consumer healthcare product to reach the market, as well as preparing dossiers for submission to regulatory agencies globally. Once launched, maintaining the dossiers post approval, and filing applications to make changes to the licence where necessary. 

 

You will have the opportunity to work directly with and learn from experienced Regulatory teams who will support you to reach your full potential. You will learn about our trusted global brands, across Oral Health, Pain Relief, Respiratory, Skin Health, Gastrointestinal Health, and Wellness, on brands such as Panadol, Voltarol, Sensodyne, Aquafresh, Parodontax, Beechams and Centrum.

 

Depending on the role you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience across a variety of regulatory activities for Haleon products and product classifications, such as Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Medicines, Food Supplements and Naturals, providing regulatory support to assigned products/projects and help monitoring and interpreting the evolving external regulatory environment to inform business decision-making

Education Requirements:

You must currently be studying for your Undergraduate Degree in: A science related subject.

 

If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) or an Integrated Masters Degree and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.  Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.

 

Role Start Date: 28th June 2027

  • Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment and one-way video interview supported by Hirevue.
  • Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a final stage virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
  • Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.

 

Interviews will be held in November/December 2026
