Acerca del Puesto
Como Especialista de Regulación de Permisos, serás responsable de gestionar permisos, licencias y requisitos regulatorios necesarios para la correcta ejecución de proyectos. Tu contribución será fundamental para garantizar el cumplimiento legal y la continuidad operativa del negocio.

Lo Que Harás

    • Gestión regulatoria: Tramitar y dar seguimiento a permisos, licencias y autorizaciones gubernamentales.
    • Cumplimiento legal: Asegurar el apego a la normativa aplicable en proyectos y operaciones.
    • Relación institucional: Mantener comunicación con autoridades y organismos relacionados.
    • Documentación: Integrar, controlar y actualizar expedientes regulatorios.
    • Seguimiento de proyectos: Identificar riesgos regulatorios y proponer acciones preventivas.
    • Coordinación interna: Colaborar con áreas legales, operativas y de proyectos.
    • Monitoreo normativo: Dar seguimiento a cambios legislativos que puedan impactar al negocio.

¿Quién Eres?

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de permisos, cumplimiento regulatorio o asuntos gubernamentales para proyectos industriales, manufactureros o de construcción.
  • Conocimiento sólido de normatividad ambiental, construcción, desarrollo urbano, protección civil y seguridad industrial en México.
  • Experiencia en gestión de trámites ante dependencias gubernamentales de nivel municipal, estatal y federal.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de regularización de terrenos y legislación aplicable.
  • Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y procesos regulatorios simultáneamente.
  • Excelentes capacidades de negociación, organización y comunicación.
  • Enfoque estratégico para la resolución de problemas y administración de riesgos regulatorios.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado deseable.
