Job responsibilities:
• Execute the company’s animal nutrition strategy and assist in the application of the required approvals, permits specific to every geography.
• Ensure the company’s certifications are applied, approved and updated for GMP, ISO etc.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders on regulatory related issues as and when required.
• Prepares product renewal dossiers as well as regulatory dossiers for new products, files, monitors and follows up process.
• Maintains expert knowledge on local regulatory procedures to ensure regional compliance and regulatory requirements and timelines are met
• Develops and maintains relationships with relevant regional competent authorities
• Maintains a close interaction with regional business teams to identify needs align on regional objectives and prioritize the efforts
• Acts as primary local regulatory interface for customers – including regulatory interpretations, defending positions, supporting briefs/launches, etc
• Provides regional strategic input to global strategies and innovation
• Planning and preparing for animal feed exhibitions, fairs etc.
• Creating marketing material such as PR notes, Q&A, products sheets, brochures and landing pages, handle e-commerce, etc.

Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Agriculture/ Animal Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-4 of relevant and demonstrable regulatory experience in Animal Nutrition/Feed industry.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills, including strong verbal and written skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and regulatory software tools.
