Schedule: Full-Time; 7:30 AM-11:30 AM Monday; 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Tuesday-Friday

Float between 2 specialties: Allergy and Ophthalmology

Locations: 72nd Street, Downtown, and Pacific Street clinics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Willingly floats to other specialty clinics and/or between clinic locations to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to various schedule changes.
  • Provides appropriate, individualized direct care to patients and families in area of practice.
  • Demonstrates age-specific competency in the performance of initial and ongoing assessments of the patient to determine nursing care needs; prioritizes care based on needs; may include data from parent/guardian in the assessment process.
  • Maintains competency within each department and location, by routinely floating.
  • Implements nursing care activities according to patient needs, or as directed by the medical provider, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • RN with current state license (new grads encouraged!)
  • BLS certification required
  • A caring, adaptable nurse with strong communication and critical thinking skills
