Overview

• Department: Inpatient Rehab Orthopedics
•  Schedule: Full Time -Days |3-12 hour shifts| 7a-7p| Rotating holidays and weekends
• Facility: Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital
• Location: 2233 W. Division St. Chicago, IL
• Hourly Rate: $35.35 to $53.58 an hour

Responsibilities

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current and valid State RN License.2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Facility Specific Requirements (as applicable, required):

4. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.

1.   Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State. 2.   BLS upon hire and maintain current.3.   Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
