Position Title
Position Summary / Career Interest:
The Inpatient Enterprise Float Nurse floats to different locations to provides professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for the comfort and well-being of the patients in our community. In the position, you will have the opportunity to support multiple areas and campuses utilizing a variety of your skill sets.Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree Nursing in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years from an accredited college or university.
- Associate Degree Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- 1 or more years Nursing Experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Acute Care and Progressive Care experience.
- Previous float pool experience.
Required Licensure and Certification
- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing or compact license
- Must obtain a multistate RN license within 90 days
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) within 90 Days
