Sentara Emergency Department/Ambulatory Port Warwick is hiring a Registered Nurse.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 4

License and Certification

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Education

• RN-Associate’s Degree, or

• RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or

• RN-Diploma, or

• RN-Master’s Degree

In the Emergency Department/Ambulatory, we have a family atmosphere amongst our team. We meet in a fast-paced environment with high energy and positivity. We treat patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric and we utilize ED Techs to assist with supportive duties. We are hiring experienced and new graduate RNs. In addition to our Nurse Residency Program for new graduate RNs, we also offer a specialized 18-20 week ED orientation.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
