Overview
🦷 Additional Doctor. Growing Practice. New Opportunity!
We’re adding a new doctor to our Pueblo team, and that means we’re looking for a Dental Hygienist to join us as well!
Here’s the thing about Advantage Dental Group: we’re not constantly hiring because people are constantly leaving. Our team has been together for years, and we like it that way. We’re looking for someone who wants to become part of the team—not just fill a spot on the schedule.
You’ll work alongside thoughtful, collaborative doctors who genuinely value their team and the role each person plays in patient care. Our newest doctor started her career as a dental assistant, so she knows firsthand that great dentistry is a team effort.
We’re growing, our team is growing, and now we’re looking for the hygienist who wants to grow with us. 🦷✨
Why you'll love working here:
- 🦷 A long-standing, established dental team
- 🤝 Collaborative doctors who truly value their team
- ❤️ A positive, supportive, drama-free environment
- 💬 Open communication and mutual respect
- 👥 Patients and coworkers you'll genuinely get to know
- 📅 Tuesday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 💰 $50–$55/hour, including uncapped bonus potential
Benefits & Perks:
- ✨ Full benefits package
- 🌴 PTO and Paid Holidays
- 🦷Free CE in a fun, collaborative environment!
What We're Looking For:
- ✔️ Colorado Dental Hygiene License
- ✔️ Local Anesthesia Permit
- ✔️ CPR/BLS Certification
We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. If you're an experienced hygienist looking for a practice where you can feel valued, supported, and part of a team for the long haul, we'd love to meet you.
Come join a practice where great people have chosen to stay—and where we're excited to make room for one more.
Applications will be accepted until we find our person!
