Whether you're an experienced RBT or working toward a BCaBA or BCBA, you'll receive the support, mentorship, and career development needed to achieve your goals.

Responsibilities
Provide ABA Therapy
- Deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Use teaching methods such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Help children build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
Collect Data & Complete Documentation
- Record behavioral data and session notes accurately
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records to support treatment progress
Collaborate with Families & Team Members
- Work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other therapy professionals
- Support caregiver training as directed by your BCBA
- Share observations and communicate client progress
Maintain Compliance & Professional Standards
- Follow HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and company policies
- Maintain RBT certification or actively work toward certification
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing feedback sessions
Prepare for Success
- Set up therapy materials and session spaces
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Follow all safety and behavior support procedures
Continue Growing Professionally
- Attend required training and professional development activities
- Accept coaching and feedback with a growth mindset
- Represent HealthPRO Pediatrics professionally with clients, families, and coworkers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
- Must hold an Active or Inactive RBT Certification through BACB.
- Valid state drivers license & reliable transportation
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to client-centered, ethical, and evidence-based care
