- Internships

We are looking for motivated students to join our organisation for a 6-month internship programme. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn how our business works, and contribute to technology products used by global insurers.

The successful student will work as part of a collaborative team, develop practical technical skills, and gain insight into digital underwriting, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software.

- Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme is designed to help you build the technical and professional foundations for a career in technology. Over 18 months, you will complete three six-month rotations, gaining experience across different teams, technologies and stages of our product development lifecycle.

We are looking for motivated graduates to join our programme. In our rotational programme, you have the opportunity to work in areas such as Software Engineering, QA, Cloud Engineering, Data, or IT. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, develop technical skills, and gain insight into digital underwriting, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software.

What we are looking for:

• A student currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar third-level courses.
• A proactive learner with a positive attitude.
• A strong communicator who works well in a team environment.
• Someone who can deliver on time in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Understand and follow company security, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Comfortable programming in Java and have exposure to at least two of the following:

1. Java Development
2. SQL and relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle or DB2)
3. Java Frameworks (e.g. Spring MVC, Hibernate or JPA)
4. Enterprise Application Servers (E.g. Tomcat, Glassfish, JBoss, WebSphere or Weblogic)
5. Eclipse, Maven or GIT
6. Scripting Language (e.g. Perl, Python or Ruby)
