A Day in the Life

Als Regional Sales Manager übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Sales Representatives innerhalb der Operating Unit Endoscopy in Süddeutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Sie verantworten die nachhaltige Entwicklung des Marktgeschäfts, fördern die Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale und stellen eine enge Verzahnung zwischen kommerzieller Steuerung und klinisch-operativer Kundenentwicklung sicher. Sie sind verantwortlich für den Umsatz und Gewinn unseres renommierten und innovativen Produktportfolios in der Gastroenterologie (PillCam, GiGenius, EndoFlip und mehr).

Diese Position ist eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Sales Representatives innerhalb der Endoscopy Organisation
• Coaching des Vertriebsteams zur Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen, Entwicklung zusätzlicher Verkaufschancen und nachhaltigen Kundenentwicklung
• Steuerung von Performance, Forecasting, Opportunity Pipeline und Vertriebsaktivitäten im verantworteten Bereich
• Förderung einer strukturierten Lead-Generierung sowie konsequente Nutzung von Upselling- und Wachstumspotenzialen
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens beim Kunden sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu Meinungsbildnern und Entscheidern.
• Teilnahme an nationalen Ausstellungen und Kongressen, Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien sowie kontinuierliche Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtung.

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurswissenschaften, oder ähnliches
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie fundierte Vertriebserfahrung im MedTech- oder Healthcare-Umfeld
• Erfahrung im Coaching und in der Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsteams
• Kundenverständnis, Marktkenntnis, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Projektmanagement-Erfahrung.
• Hohe Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Veränderungskompetenz
• Erfahrung im professionellen Einsatz von Salesforce Lightning oder vergleichbaren CRM-Systemen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
