Job Title : Regional Sales Manager
Department : Sales & BD
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the business plan for the region in close coordination with central team
· Deliver regional revenue targets
· Lead local ATL and BTL campaigns to promote the Onsitego brand, increase awareness and acquire new customers
· Improve customer retention and drive initiatives to upsell/cross-sell on existing customer base
· Manage a team of service coordinators, category managers to ensure delivery of service metrics such as NPS, TAT, cost of operations
· Monitor team performance: Develop and implement KPIs
· Identify process gaps and execute remedial measures to optimize business performance
Desired candidate profile:
· Strong business acumen and understanding of regional market
· Prior experience in leading service/sales operations at large home appliances and digital devices organizations
· Strong understanding of operational metrics
· Ability to build and lead a team
· Ability to analyze data to come up with actionable insights
· Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational skills
