Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee our Las Vegas portfolio and lead high-performing teams across multiple apartment communities.
In this role, you'll drive operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development while partnering with leaders to achieve ambitious business goals. - Expected pay range of $125,000 - $140,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity. Compensation is based on your skills and experience as they relate to the position.

What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams.
- Drive property performance, occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
- Oversee budgets, financial results, forecasting, and expense management.
- Ensure exceptional resident experiences and customer service standards.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Use reporting and key performance indicators to drive business results.

What You Have
- 5+ years of leadership experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant operations, or a related customer-focused industry.
- Proven success leading multiple teams and developing high-performing leaders.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Experience using property management platforms such as OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
