Job Description

The Regional Project Manager will be responsible for providing oversight across all projects, ensuring smooth coordination with external stakeholders and partner teams. They will prepare reports, manage communications, and work collaboratively to guarantee that project delivery is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Thai national, fluent in both Thai and English, with strong written and spoken proficiency.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing and delivering projects in Thailand and internationally.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety, with knowledge of both local and international standards.
  • Background in complex infrastructure projects, including oil and gas or other mission-critical environments.
  • Skilled in handling projects with multiple stakeholders, including AHJs, contractors, and reporting to head office on both commercial and technical matters.
  • Experience across pipelines, pump stations, substations, HDD, pipe-jacking, drainage, roads, and general utilities.
  • Capable of overseeing engineering management alongside project management responsibilities.
  • Direct experience working with Thai authorities such as PWA, PEA, EGAT, RID, and local municipalities.
  • Willingness to travel to sites and attend meetings in Chonburi and Bangkok. Expected to be present at either site or office 2–3 days per week (subject to variation). Remote work is acceptable, provided the candidate maintains a reliable internet connection for online meetings.
