This is a strategic and high-impact role responsible for driving the growth, market penetration, and application development of Eriez' Vibrating Product portfolio across India and South Asia.

The successful candidate will serve as the regional technical and commercial leader for Vibrating Products, partnering closely with customers, sales teams, engineering, manufacturing, and global product management to develop customer-focused solutions and accelerate business growth.

The role combines application engineering expertise, product management discipline, business development, and market strategy to strengthen Eriez' leadership position in vibratory feeding and material handling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Application Support

·       Act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Vibrating Products.

·       Support sales teams with customer engagement, solution development, and opportunity qualification.

·       Provide application guidance and equipment selection recommendations.

·       Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, plant audits, and presentations, Support quotations, proposals, and technical bid reviews.

Market Development

·       Identify emerging market opportunities and new application areas.

·       Conduct market analysis, VOC (Voice of Customer) studies, and competitor assessments.

·       Develop growth strategies for industries such as Mining, Minerals, Aggregates, Recycling, Steel, Cement, and Food Processing.

·       Support strategic account development and regional market expansion initiatives.

 Product Leadership

·       Collaborate with Global Product Management on product improvements and roadmap alignment.

·       Support product localization, cost reduction, and indigenization initiatives.

·       Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and field performance data.

·       Contribute to competitiveness, profitability, and long-term product strategy.

Sales Enablement & Training

• Conduct customer and sales training programs.
• Develop technical presentations, application guides, case studies, and sales tools.
• Support product demonstrations, field trials, and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Global Product Teams.
• Support issue resolution, product enhancement initiatives, and localization programs.
• Ensure customer requirements are effectively translated into practical solutions.

  Skills/Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
• MBA would be an added advantage.
• 10-15 years of experience in: Application Engineering| Technical Sales| Product Management| Business Development| Industrial Equipment Sales
• Industry Background(Experience with one or more of the following:)
•       Vibrating Feeders
•        Vibratory Equipment
•        Conveyors
•        Screens
•        Bulk Material Handling Systems
•        Mining & Mineral Processing Equipment
