In this role, you will:

  • Provide leadership and direction that places emphasis on quality, service, revenue growth, and fiscal efficiency.
  • Responsible for the operational effectiveness of all facilities and personnel in their CPL market.
  • Plans and implement strategies for growth and retention of laboratory market share.
  • Provide an environment that encourages personnel development and retention.
  • Manages for P&L performance that meets the short and long-term goals of CPL.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with referring physicians and administrators.
  • Instills the necessary values and monitors personnel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

All you need is:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
  • 5-10 years of medical management (preferably laboratory medicine).
  • To include management of multiple facilities and departments (Stat Labs, Patient Service Centers, Logistics and various service departments).

Bonus points if you’ve got:

  • MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.
  • Strong General Operations Management experience to include business growth and development.
