Regional Growth Manager - APAC

Drive Growth Execution

• Support the execution of regional and country growth strategies.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, commercial campaigns, and growth programs across APAC.
• Ensure strategic priorities remain visible and actionable, with clear accountability and follow-through.
• Accelerate execution by identifying and removing organizational bottlenecks.
• Partner with country teams to improve commercial performance and business results.

Enable Commercial Success

• Work alongside Country Service Leaders and Sales Managers to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Support strategic customer planning and opportunity development.
• Participate in customer visits, business reviews, and commercial workshops.
• Help strengthen customer relationships and identify recurring revenue opportunities.

Drive Commercial Excellence

• Promote best practices in CRM utilization, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales processes.
• Support initiatives to improve Installed Base development, Service Agreement growth, and Digital Service adoption.
• Leverage customer, market, and performance insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to budget planning, business reviews, and performance management processes.

Connect the Business

• Build strong relationships across countries, business lines, product technology teams, and global functions.
• Facilitate collaboration across the region to accelerate problem solving and execution.
• Share successful approaches and scale best practices across APAC.

Build Capability Across the Region

• Identify, develop, and deploy best practices that improve commercial performance.
• Facilitate regional workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Help establish consistent commercial processes and operating rhythms across countries.
• Support capability building without increasing organizational complexity.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in:
  • Industrial equipment
  • Manufacturing
  • Technical services
  • Other complex B2B environments
• Experience in commercial leadership, business development, service sales, commercial excellence, or strategic program management.
• Demonstrated success working across multiple countries within the Asia Pacific region.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities, including the use of CRM systems and business performance data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes through collaboration rather than direct authority.
• Proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset.

Preferred

• Experience in food processing, dairy, beverage, or industrial process industries.
• Prior experience working in matrix organizations and regional roles.
• Exposure to service business models, aftermarket sales, and recurring revenue growth.
