The Customer Relationship Manager Role

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing businesses by owning the sales and service for our customers. Key responsibilities include: 

• Being the main point of contact for your customers, while retaining and growing the accounts against a set target
• Providing excellent service to our customers 
• Monitoring service against agreed levels and communicating with customers accordingly
• Managing the onboarding of new contracts and carrying out introductory reviews
• Conducting accounts analysis and generating reports
• Reducing debt and disputes for a certain portfolio of customers
• Completing customer contracts and re-signs, while ensuring everything is compliant

Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work using your own initiative
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
