  • Partner with executive leadership to execute company-wide initiatives, training programs, and culture priorities.
  • Analyze performance data to create actionable plans for improvement and long-term sustainability.
  • Ability to pilot good ideas, measure results, and scale what works to all centers, improving family experience, staffing, and classroom outcomes.
  • Ability to plan and execute growth with staffing pipelines and smooth openings for new sites, followed by hands on stabilization.
  • Lead launch readiness and post launch stabilization for new sites with clear success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood education, education management, or multi-site operations.
  • Proven success in coaching and developing leaders, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance in a regulated setting.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Greater Cleveland region.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams and routines across multiple locations while maintaining high standards of safety and care.
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Annual performance-based bonus tied to regional and leadership metrics.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid time off, including holidays and personal days.
  • Mileage reimbursement and travel support for site visits.
  • Professional development opportunities including leadership training and continuing education support.
  • Supportive, mission-driven culture that values transparency, trust, and teamwork.
