- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of dedicated experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience Using ATS systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter platform to source suitable candidates and create Pipelines.
