Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan Work Mode: Work From Office OR Work From Home Internship Type: Performance-Based Internship Duration: Minimum 6 Months (Extendable based on performance) About Pranam Recruiters Pranam Recruiters, a unit of 7P Promotions & Education Services Private Limited, is building a network of future Recruitment Partners. This internship is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment, client management, and business development. Unlike a traditional internship, participants work on live recruitment assignments, receive practical training, and have the opportunity to progress into an independent Recruitment Partner. Internship Objective: To develop future Recruitment Partners capable of independently managing recruitment assignments, candidates, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Understand client hiring requirements. Source and screen candidates. Conduct initial screening calls. Coordinate interviews. Build and maintain candidate pipelines. Follow up with candidates until joining. Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records. Assist in business development activities. Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients. Learn the complete recruitment life cycle. English OR Hindi is required. Excellent communication skills. Passion for recruitment, HR, sales, or consulting. Basic computer knowledge. Strong willingness to learn and grow.
